LOCATE DOCUMENTS RELIABLY
Thanks to previous keyword and full-text search, you will have no difficulty finding your documents in our dynamic file system. It doesn’t matter in which file a document is stored. Documents are archived only once in the Starke-DMS® and then automatically assigned to the correct files via shared, unique keys (e.g. project number, customer number, etc.). Document type and cross-company file creation is therefore no problem.
Not only do you save on having to double up on archiving, you also avoid data redundancy.
HAVE THE RIGHT FILE TO HAND AT ANY TIME, NO MATTER WHERE
Using electronic files from Starke-DMS® means you no longer have to swap files between the offices. All employees have the right files available according to their permissions and responsibilities, this includes several employees at the same time.
Need your file on the go? No problem! Your electronic file can also be made available on our WebViewer, alternatively you can view your file offline with a USB stick.
DIGITAL PROCESSING
Many documents must be retained unaltered. Nevertheless, you can still use many electronic processing functions in the Starke-DMS®, e.g. comments, notes, markings, stamps. The original always remains unaltered.
